Digital Delivery Policy

TikTok account handovers are digital goods. Delivery happens through the order center after payment verification and stock checks.

Automatic delivery

Eligible orders are automatically fulfilled only after Stripe or PayPal confirms the payment through server-side verification.

The system allocates one available inventory record, marks it sold, creates delivery proof, and releases encrypted handover information inside the order center.

Manual delivery

High-value, commerce-ready, out-of-stock, suspicious, or first-time orders can be moved to manual_required for review.

An administrator can manually attach delivery content and mark the order delivered after checking payment, authorization, and risk indicators.

Proof of delivery

Delivery proof includes order number, payment provider reference, recipient email, delivery time, delivery method, and whether the buyer accessed the order center.

For digital goods, this system record helps show that the purchase order was electronically fulfilled.

Post-delivery security

Buyers should update passwords, recovery email, phone number, 2FA, and other security settings immediately after handover.

We recommend avoiding sudden content, device, region, or automation changes after receiving an account.
